24th May 2016 – The spontaneity and joy of Lindy Hop & Swing at 37,000 feet leads to worldwide coverage

I can’t express how delighted and proud I was when I saw the video of Lindyhopper friends from Milan, Florence and elsewhere as they did an impromptu Shim Sham at 37,000 feet, returning to Italy from the “Harlem” festival in Lithuania….

The magic is in the simplicity and honesty of the action….
Moments like this express what Lindy Hop and Swing is all about. EVERYBODY was smiling. I know I was! I think Ryanair should also be applauded for allowing this magical moment to happen.
